A substyle of the traditional Belgian and French Saison, grisettes were traditionally served to the miners in Hainaut province of Belgium...or so the story goes, much of the styles history is lost to time.  This beer pours a bright hazy golden.  Nose is full of citrus zest, preserved lemon, malted wheat and a hint of lactic tartness.  Easy drinking and crisp with a hint of funk and citrus tartness lingering.
