This collaboration between Ommegang and Brash is a take on Ommegang Three Philosophers Belgian-style Quadrupel brewed with New York locally-grown blueberries and Houston-sourced coffee. This medium to full bodied brew pours a rich mahogany with light khaki head that dissipates slowly. It starts with aromas of fig and dark fruit typically indicative of a Belgian Quad with subtle blueberry tartness that follows through in the flavor and adds brightness to the dark fruit flavor profile. It has a dry red wine finish with subtle hints of espresso bitterness that linger on the palate. 9.7% ABV
