This wood aged wild ale is essentially a sour IPA.  Pours a cloudy golden marmalade orange.  Head is off white with lots of lacing.  Tart grapefruit juice and bitter pine sap with white pepper oak notes.  Sour preserved orange, fresh cut grass, straw, citrus zest and tart mango flavors lead into bitting bitter conifer notes.  Medium carb is prickly on the finish, punching up the bitterness.  A very complex and unique beer.
