⌂ > Sigma Intermezzo Raspberry, Blackberry & Peach

Rotating fruited kettle sour series from Sigma.  Pours a pinkish garnet red with light pink head.  This blend features dark berries and fresh peach.  Soft berry juice on the early taste with a very mild lactic tartness.  Lemon zest and peach puree give the beer a deeper layer of complexity without adding heft.  Drinks light and airy and finishes moderately dry for the big fruit flavors.
