Limoncello is a big bold bright ale that is like a sip of sunshine. It pours yellow like the sun and goes down as easy as fresh squeezed lemonade. The predominant flavors that come through this beer are from Deep River's Blonde Sour that they brew with Sorachi Ace hops and then proceeded to add a boatload of lemons that create the intense lemon aroma and flavor. The beer was also fermented with a proprietary yeast strain that was developed with technology from NC State.  5.4% ABV
