Brewed in collaboration with Austin eatery Kemuri Tatsu-Ya.  Smoked limes are added to this already stellar gose.  Pours a plae golden straw.  Aroma has a pleasent smoke character over lime rinds and briney salt water.  Smoke aromatics build as the beer hits your palate but are quickly tempered by a much milder smoke flavor and bright citrus zest, tart acidity.The finish is lightly sweet with wheat cracker malt and a clean crisp salty finish
