Originally brewed in collaboration with Nobi Public House this beer is now seeing wider release.  This imperial stout has been aged on a bevy of different brandy and cognac barrels.  Pours jet black with a deep khaki head that fades quickly.  Aromas of stone fruit, port wine, bakers chocolate, molasses and oak.  The mouthfeel is huge on intial taste with big sticky dark chocolate and boozy caramel and toffee notes. Let this one warm up to around 55 degrees to open up lots of barrel notes.
