| Description: | This a very unique barrel aged Kolsch. The beer is aged in Watershed Bourbon Barrel Gin barrels. Citrus and pine are apparent on the nose with an herbal sweet tang on the first sip. The juniper and ginger really make the gin barrel flavors stand out. The ginger spice is balanced by the sweetness from the berries and the dry finish. A very enjoyable drinking experience.
