⌂ > Saint Arnold Bishops Barrel #21

Bourbon barrel aged in Woodford Reserve casks with cherries added, this heady quadruple smells of sweet bourbon and sticky cherries with an underlying booziness that really comes to the forefront in the flavor alongside rich fig, and toffee pudding like taste.  The finish is lingering with honey and maple syrup.  Heavy on the palate but well balanced regardless, one might consider it decadent!
