Pours a deep obsidion with cocoa undertones and a slight but soft tan head that coats the glass in sticky lacing. Aroma is bright but balanced and deeply confectionery full of lightly roasty malts, smooth baker's chocolate, accompanied by light vanilla, cherry, and toasted wood. This really does taste alot like pudding: confectionery sugar, milk chocolate, vanilla bean, and lactose sugar are all in sync for a flavor that's a distinct and palatable take on a pastry stout. Mouthfeel is slick and well-carbed, while showing a slight stickiness in the finish. 12% ABV
