All of Goodwood's beers touch wood (mostly barrels). Most are malt-forward beers, but this interpretation of IPA--brewed with fresh spruce tips--is truly unique. A clear copper color in the glass, the aroma eminating from within is an intense concoction of sticky pine, sap, and citrusy hops. The body is medium and carries classic IPA flavors like citrus rind, but possesses added depth with woody, earthy, and pine cone flavors. This exciting IPA finishes strong with dry, bitter citrus. 5.5% ABV
