⌂ > B-52 Barrel-aged Smoothie Tart: Mango

An oak aged fermented Saison blended with the brewery's house Saison, then conditioned on mango, passion fruit, cherry, vanilla beans, milk sugar, and rooibos tea. Color is bright peach-orange with a quickly dissipating head. Tangy mango, passion fruit, and tangerine comes through on the nose. Bright and puckering cherry is balanced with soft, milky vanilla notes with a hint of oaky funk in the background. Soft carbonation allows all of the flavors to appropriately come through in this brew. Finishes with a tangy, mango finish that lingers.
