Very sour initial flavor is tempered by a strong malt character. Malt notes of brown sugar, leather, toffee, oats and honey. Finish is again tart with balsamic vinegar, sour dark fruit notes and slight lingering tobacco. Incredibly complex beer. 8% ABV | |
