Description: | Bell's sour session ale was fermented entirely in wooden foeders with a mixed wild culture, Brettanomyces and Pediococcus, for about 12 months. In doing so, there is a refreshing tart and sweet fruit flavor. They then age it for 2 months over blackberries, giving it a beautiful deep raspberry color. Light to medium bodied, 4.0% ABV |
