Pours a pale straw with a subtle haze and has bubbles racing upwards; Frothy eggshell white head that sticks around leaving very thick retention and sticky lacing. The aromas are are lead by yeasts esthers, mostly banana and bubblegum with ints of lemon. Pilsner, wheat, and acidulated malts balance the fruit and clove. The flavors seem to follow the nose for the most part. It's slightly sweet, still with bubblegum and banana but with more lemon. It finishes juicy at first, then dry. The alcohol is subdued. Mouthfeel is light, fluffy and slightly creamy with active carbonation. Very smooth and easy to drink. 5.4%
