Translucent  and ruby red with a fluffy tan head and good, dense lacing down the sides of the glass as it's enjoyed.  Notes of tart cherries, sweet  vanilla and reduced vinegar as you take in the aroma. The flavor is predominantly sweet with fig and cherry aspects as well as a port wine, syrupy flavor with a bright acidity that might remind one of a deep and rich balsamic reduction.  Full bodied and full of flavor.  5.5% ABV
