This play on Vietnamese style coffee uses lactose sugar to mimic the condensed milk found in most traditional Vietnamese cà phê sữa đá drinks.  Pours mahogany in color with light off khaki head.  Smells of espresso, cream and cacao.  Initial cream sweetness is tempered by roasty coffee flavors.  Medium full body with more roast bitterness on the finish than lactose sugar.
