Soft, peachy-rose body is clear, well-carbonated and topped byva slight mound of bubbles.Big cranberry-apple juice notes play against tart acids, light vanilla and soft pepper phenols. 
In the mouth it’s fantastically balanced between sweet and tart. The apple skin and acidity provide much of the flavor leaving the sugars to balance the finish in a lip-smacking sweet and sour way. Great carbonation level, doesnt seem fizzy.
