| Description: | A variant of Salted Lady aged in cabernet barrels with Mangos. Pungent acid, salt and tropical fruit nose reminding me of Tang. The taste is right off the bat sour, with some subtle sea salt followed by light mango and rounds out into some cereal grain malts. Barrel character is rather light. The initial sharpness sudsides the more you drink and has a clean, salted fruit finish. Good for a hot day. 6.5% ABV | |
