| Description: | Modeled after a Pineapple Upside Down cake, this strong ale was brewed for Goodfriends Burger Garden's 2nd anniversary. The nose is tropical fruits, caramelized pineapple and rum-esque booze. A lot of alcohol warmth hits you in the taste, with reminants of caramel malts and very subtle pinepple in the background. Balanced heavily towards the booze side but it rounds out as it sits. I would suggest letting it warm some before drinking. Definitely a sipper. 10.6% ABV | |
