Sweetwater scraped the pure lupulin out of Yakima hop palletizers to give this Double IPA a ridiculous 100 IBUs. This brew pours a deep copper color with a thin white head. The aroma is of tropical fruits, pine, sweet bread, and slight caramel. The flavor is similar beginning with the sweet bread and slight caramel notes but they fade quickly to the dominating flavors of orange, grapefruit, and even pineapple from the hops. Lingering resiny hop, bitter grapefruit, and citrus finish. 7.8% ABV
