This pale golden cider is refined in its laying of flavor dimensions, the nose suggests, dryness and pear like aromas under the strong, juicy apple notes.  The flavor balances the woodsy, earthy notes of the orchard as you stroll through it with bright, apple sweetness and subtle vanilla undertones.  The finish is almost spiced and balances nicely with an almost nutty dryness. 5% abv.
