⌂ > The Bruery Bouffon

This collaboration with Jester King is part of the Foeders with Friends project. Bitter orange peel and coriander are incorporated into the recipe along with The Bruery's house yeast strain and a Bavarian Wit yeast.  The result is a well attenuated, dry and spicy beer with classic aromas of banana, pear, vanilla, white pepper and bubblegum. It also shines with wild character picked up from the barrels. 5.3% abv.
