Pours a hazy deep gold with a fluffy white head.  This light bodied wheat ale is spiced with lemon grass, grains of paradise (think ginger and cardamom) as well as bitter orange peel.  The spice character throughout the aroma and flavor is nothing to scoff at, rich and bright while still maintaining a lighter body for most wheat beers.  It also does not bear the usual, heavy notes of  banana and bubblegum you'd find in a traditional hefe. The finish has a light floral spice that dries out the brew a bit and leaves you primed for the next sip. 4.4% ABV
