⌂ > Austin Beerworks x Odell Ski Jeans

Odell and ABW werent content to just make a simple collaboration.  They took a bale of HBC 638, an experimental hop, and froze with liquid nitrogen before breaking it up to add to the brew.  Pours a deep copper with brilliant clarity,  Sticky brown sugar and pine resin on the nose with tropical guava lingering.  The beer is big for an IPA, sticky honey and carmelized sugar leads before opening up to dank hop notes.  We get pine sap, mango and blueberries.  The beer finishes fairly clean thanks to medium carbonation and a dry well attenuated yeast character.
