It pours black with there being some light that comes through.  It has a thick, creamy brown head with excellent head retention.  There is a sweetness in the aroma with roasted notes and a bit of espresso. It has a low fruit like qualities of plums. The flavors are highlighted by expresso and roast. There is some sweetness to it with low plum notes. It has a moderate body that is a bit creamy. It is sweet, but the finish is more dry than sweet. It has a moderate amount of bitterness. Roasty, dry finish. 5%
