⌂ > Sixpoint Barrel Aged 3 Beans

One of the most subtle and artfully blended bourbon barrel aged beers we have come across.  Barrel notes are mild on the nose with hints of oak and vanilla along with cold brew coffee roastiness.  Slight bourbon character leads the taste but is quickly overwhelmed by dark and milk chocolate notes.  Roasty malt character give a slight acidity and balance to the sweetness.  A very complex yet subtle beer that is best consumed at 50-55 degrees.
