This dry Irish stout is aged on cherries and chocolate.  A rich and deep brown in color, it's aroma effuses sweet cherry and dark chocolate.  The roast of the malt in balance with the addition of cherries gives one the feeling of biting into a cherry cordial without being completely overwhelmed by the presence of super saccharine sweetness.  Perfect for the holiday season, this not too heavy but well flavored stout has a roasty, warm finish and a not too heavy body.  It's also high in flavor but lower in alcohol, a welcome reprieve from some of the seasonal heavy hitters without losing on taste. 5.7% abv
