This is a Lagunitas-ified version of a traditional Flemish Farmouse ale, aged in red wine oak barrels and funkied up with Brettanomyces yeast. It’s a golden saison-sour with a nice tartness that leaves your buds quenched and wanting more. Pours a pale copper color with notes of tart cherry and cedar in the nose. Flavors red wine vinegar, tart cherries and raisin mingle with notes of sour apple and citrus. 8% abv.
