This brew is fresh off the lines at Real Ale Brewing Co. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, and therefore the fermentation takes place only in the cask shell without adding additional carbonation. Fresh passion fruit and mosaic hops lend this brew a tropical tart punch. Pours a hazy straw with aromas of passion fruit, tropical fruit and orange peel. 4.6% abv.
