This year's Oktoberfest is brewed in collaboration with Brauhaus Miltenberger.  Brewed in the style of a German Festbier as oppsed to the Marzen style of Oktoberfest beer most American's are more familiar with, this beer may seem lighter in malt and body.  Pours a brilliant yellow gold with quickly dissapating white head  German hop aromas of fresh grass, perfume and dried straw meet the nose. Initial hop bite is tempered by warm honey, a slightly sweet breadiness & cereal malt character.  High attenuation and medium carbonation helps lend a clean finish with mild grassy hop bite and a lingering rye bread flavor.
