The aroma is very much like that of dry white wine but with a distinct honey character and a touch of avocado. The taste is exploding with honey. There's a pleasant alcohol warmth and just enough sweetness to enrich the honey flavor with a very subtle avocado touch. Cool thing about this mead is that the bees that make the honey used for this only pollonate avocado plants. That is where the flavor of avocado comes from. No added flavorings at all. 14% ABV  $$$
