| Description: | Pours a brilliant medium gold with pillowy white head. Aroma is fermented fruit driven. Notes of honey, over ripe golden pear, apricot and peach skin. Aggressively sour with an underlying oak bite. Warming the beer lets the fruit additions pf pear and peach shine. This one should continue to age for several years as the fruit character fresh in 2017 is still very forefront and quite sweet on the finish. | |
