This dry, wild saison was refermented in wine barrels and bretted up like the lead singer of Poison.  Your wife will leave you for this beer and you will be ok with it.  Because it is way better than you.  You are going to get cat slapped across the nose with the wine and then your mouth will be rejoicing in the dry wild yeast and fruit goodness.  This one is for winners.  Not whiners.  You should find someone that works for this brewery and shake their hand for making such a damn fine beer.  Cheer up Houston.  The future is bright.
