| Description: | Harkening back to the early days of New Belgium, this beer is their take on a Belgian standard. Brewed using local seville oranges and coriander, the beer boasts an excellent nose that is both slightly sweet and just a bit funkier than you might expect from a wit. Pours a hazy orange pale golden. Initial mouthfeel is medium with a sweet white bread and pepper character. Orange zest and spicy coriander dominate. Finishes a bit sweet with a belgian yeast character lingering. | |
