This Dopplebock pours hazy mahogany in color. The aroma comes across as toasted dark bread with toffee, raisin, and molasses in the mix. The flavor mimics the aroma with the dark fruits being a bit more prominent with the raisin and plum characteristics. Although the toff and molasses flavors remain strong. The finish is a smooth warming alcohol and the body is medium to full with a light carbonation added. 7.5% ABV.
