This brew pours a cloudy apricot gold color. In the nose, fruit and honey are immediately present balanced by  wine, horse blanket, grass coriander, white pepper and floral notes. The flavor is a of many fruits (lemon, orange,peach,pear, melon and apple). There are notes of peppecorn, clove and white pepper that add a bit of spiciness. There is a light to moderate yeast spiciness and herbal, floral and grassy bitterness in the finish.  It is medium bodied and there is a nice malt balance withot being sweet or heavy. 9% ABV
