Raspberry dominates the nose with soft yeasty malt and lemon underneath. The raspberry here is very sweet, overwhelming the softer lemon malt character. Lactic acidity builds as you drink but is never dominate. Light bodied with moderate carbonation, the beer finishes crisp and bone-dry.
