Brewed by Notch Brewery as the first beer from Clown Shoes' guest brewer series, this saison is brewed with 500 pounds of black currant puree and skins per 3000 gallon batch and features Saison Dupont yeast and galaxy hops. It pours a light ruby red and starts with a sweet, tart aroma from the currant peals that carries through in the flavor with subtle notes of sea salt and grapefruit bitterness, and ends with a dry, pithy finish.  5.45% ABV
