We cannot count the ways we love this beer! It is a sultry love letter to all things chocolate, stout and coffee. In 2016 Firestone Walker began experimenting by blending some of the worlds best coffee into their Parabola Imperial Stout. The love child of that union is this beer. Roasted marshmellows dipped in dark chocolate with gooey toffee notes followed by molasess, vanilla, warm brown sugar and dark cherries. It is a liquid truffle in a glass. Earthy. Lucious. Delicious. The final blended beer spends just over a year in the barrels before it is cold-infused with fresh coffee.
