Description: | A tribute to Saint Arnold Amber. Saint Arnold Amber was the first beer ever sold by Saint Arnold. Bishop's Gone Wild has the same malt and hop bill as Amber but that's where the similarities end. B-52 fermented this beer with a Saison and Brettanomyces yeast blend and then added Rasberries & Blackberries to the beer for a secondary fermentation. Big bodied, blood red color and puckeringly tart fresh fruit all come together to make this beer a perfect tribute to Houston's first craft beer. | |
