Description: | A tribute to Saint Arnold Art Car. Art Car was the last beer that Eureka Heights Founder/Brewer Casey Motes developed while he was a brewer at Saint Arnold. They took an awesome beer and made it more awesomer, according to Casey himself. The malt, hot side hops, and Vermont (Conan) yeast are all the same as the bright, citrusy hop bomb that created Saint Art Car. Chop Shop tastes like that one weird scene in Gone in 60 Seconds where they listen to Low Rider, but better. To make up for the lack of Nic Cage Eureka Heights decided to triple dry hop it and add a non-metric, non-literal ton of Citra hops. Citrsuy, tropical, and danky delicous aroma make a great addition to an already excellent IPA. This beer totally makes up for Eureka Height's inability to afford a sweet, sweet art car like Saint Arnold has all over the place. 7.2% ABV | |
