| Description: | Bright gold in color with a super fluffy dense head, this Farmhouse ale smells of bright citrus zest, a bit of brown sugar sweetness, with subtle funk from the Texas Hill Country native yeast. The flavor is light, notes of oak and sweet-tart funk with molasses present in the flavor as well as the finish. The mesquite beans added to this brew allow it a bit more depth of flavor, almost a subtle brown sugar as well as a distinct earthiness. The final effect is a light to medium bodied, well balanced farmhouse ale. 5.6% ABV | |
