Venture back to Grandma's kitchen with this classic flavor combination. This beer pours a very hazy amber color, with a rosy, pinkish hue from the pureed strawberry floating in suspension. The essence of California wine barrels mingles with the strawberry, offering hints of barrel-aged funkiness. The first sip may surprise, with super-tart Rhubarb, following by tannic character of barrels and a moderate dose of Breet and Lacto funk. Finishes tart with a lingering flavor of strawberry's.  7.5% ABV
