Strong brett yeast nose, slight band aid, black cherry and loamy cellar aromas. Aggressive almost tangiable bitterness of the fading hops on the tongue is immediately tempered by ripe raspberry and currant fruit flavor. More wild yeast notes persist on the finish. | |
