As is often the case with modern American Wilds, La Bonte Plum is a lacto forward fruit sour.The plums are light on the nose but add to a juicy finish. The lactobacillus presents itself as the dominate flavor leaving a nice lemon yogurt tartness with only hints of funk on the nose and taste. Not overly complex but becomes more so as it warms to near room temp. 6.5% ABV
