This mouth-puckeringly Sour Ale is brewed with local, Western NY Riesling Grape Juice, which adds sweet grape flavors and a crisp finish to this tart brew. It drinks like a beer-wine hybrid as its malty backbone provides a fine, lacey head while the grape addition provides a crisp, fruity finish and a bump in ABV. Pale straw in color, Rhine Cabal hits your nose with funky grassy notes. Sour and sweet combine with just the right amount of tanginess from the long Lactobacillus souring. Mild, lingering fruitiness and slightly-warming alcohol leave you wanting more. 5.5 ABV
