In this edition of Funky Gold, Prairie's dry-hopped golden sour ale, they used a ton of Citra hops. It exhibits tons of orange citrus aroma, with some bitter zest and peel notes. On the taste, orange is the star with supporting roles played by pineapple, peach, and other citrus and tropical fruits. As the flavor devolops, fruit turns to funk and spice, including black pepper. The finish is refreshing and juicy. 7.5% ABV
