Description: | Pours a deep, dark murky brown with a finger of head stuck around with nice lacing. Smells of sweet milk, roasty chocolate with some ome dark fruits esters and a touch of maple syrup. Dark chocolate and dark malts are present on the palate along with some raisins and just a hint of oats. The body is creamy and full, but it does read slightly lighter than many other imperial stouts. Ends with a hint of licorice and just a touch of peat coming from the well-roasted malt. A big beer with an ABV at 9.3% | |
