This imperial stout is brewed with cocoa nibs and pours a deep onyx.  An aroma of spicy alcohol is followed by flavors of savory candy and burnt sugar.  This includes chocolate covered espresso beans, chocolate covered raisins and dark chocolate truffles.  The finish is warming alcohol with a subtle bitterness like roasted coffee beans.  So smooth you won't notice it comes in at 11%.
